Your Gift. Their Legacy.
At Care of the Piedmont, our mission is to enrich the lives of those with advanced illnesses.
Our Care of the Piedmont Foundation provides financial support to the pursuit of this endeavor – which provides innovation and leadership to the areas of hospice, palliative care, and grief support to those living in Greenwood, Laurens, Edgefield, Abbeville, McCormick, Newberry and Saluda counties.
As the area’s only non-profit hospice organization, funds donated to us by our generous supporters go directly to serving and sustaining the mission of our organization.
Here, you have the powerful opportunity to support our patients and their family members through medical support, counseling, 24/7 access to licensed clinical social workers, chaplains, grief groups and camps, and more.
Your care makes an incredible impact.
Make a difference today.
Why Give?
The Care of the Piedmont Foundation began in 2018, and since has supported the endeavors of Care of the Piedmont and its staff.
When you make a donation to our organization through the Care of the Piedmont Foundation, whether in honor of a loved one or as a supporter of our mission, your donation goes directly to providing medical care for patients, purchasing supplies, providing counseling and social services for loved ones and educational events and camps and school programs for grieving children.
Thank you for linking arms with us and joining our mission to give professional and dignified care to those facing serious or terminal illness and their loved ones.
Give the gift that supports the dignity everyone deserves in life.
Ways to Give
There are many different avenues to financially supporting the Care of the Piedmont Foundation. Our organization is a qualified charity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to our foundation qualify as charitable contribution deductions and directly support Care of the Piedmont’s Hospice House, patient care, family support, and more.

Care of the Piedmont entrusts Zeffy – a third party platform for non-profit organizations – for its online donations. Through this platform, 100 percent of your donation will go to Care of the Piedmont efforts, both in the community and within the Hospice House.
In your online transaction, Zeffy will ask for a donation to help cover their company’s transaction fees. If you don’t wish to donate to this platform, choose “other” under the Confirm Your Donation section, instead of a percentage donation.
